Dear Lipton Cup-a-Soup,
Zoning out every day around 3 p.m. just isn't cutting it. So last week, I created my very own office calisthenics routine of desk pushups, chair dips, wall sits and-on a bold day-crunches beneath my desk. Hey, it was helping! I felt better and everybody noticed I wasn't dead to the world at mid-afternoon. Unfortunately, our VP of Sales caught me sweaty, grunting and groaning in my office - not exactly "office work."
