Where can I buy the new Cup-a-Soup® flavors? What happened to the original flavors?
  Seven new and improved Cup-a-Soup® flavors have been introduced within the Northeast region of the United States. At this time, the new flavors are not available in other parts of the country.
The original Cup-a-Soup® flavors are still available throughout the rest of the United States (excluding the Northeast region).

Although we would like each of our products to be available in all stores, shelf space and consumer demand sometimes limit the number of items a retailer is willing to carry.

I live in the Northeast and cannot find my favorite original Cup-a-Soup® flavors. Can I still receive that product?
  The following original Cup-a-Soup® flavors are available through our Products By Mail service: Chicken Noodle with White Meat, Hearty Chicken Noodle, Spring Vegetable, Cream of Chicken, Broccoli & Cheese, Chicken Vegetable, Tomato and Green Pea.

For how long can I keep my Cup-a-Soup® products?
  The Best When Used By Date on your package is the date that assures the product’s optimum quality and freshness. We recommend that you use your product by this date.
What is the best way to prepare Cup-a-Soup®?
  We recommend adding 8 oz. of hot water, although exactly how much you add is a personal preference.
As long as the water is above 160 degree Fahrenheit, the soup should hydrate sufficiently. This means that the soup can be prepared using either kettle water, or water from a source that has a hot water nozzle, such as a water cooler (which produces water with an average temperature of around 170 degrees Fahrenheit). Boiling water will also work.
Can I prepare two packages of Cup-a-Soup® at once?
  Yes, you can prepare two packages at once. Use 2 cups hot water (16 fl. oz).
Does Lipton® Cup-a-Soup® contain any allergens?
  Since product formulations change from time to time, we strongly recommend that you check
the ingredient list on the label if you have concerns about an allergen.
